Role
As senior event producer my responsibilities included securing the venue, design and styling, production and show design, talent casting, auction management and overall team management.
Outcome
Created a star-studded, entertaining and high quality event that ensured the target amount was raised for CFT.
Secured 20 ‘money cant buy’ items to be auctioned at the Gala Dinner e.g. VIP tickets to Grand Prix, Backstage with Girls Aloud, VIP Tixs to ‘Soccer Legends Game’.
40 Media attended gaining high volume editorial coverage for both Samsung & CFT post-event.
Secured the attendance of 13 high profile celebrities such as Joe Cole, Sarah Harding, Ray Wilkins, Richard Keys, Naomi Harris.
Delivered a creative and entertaining platform for exhibiting the new Samsung MiCoach product.
Fantastic night, very well organised, extremely professional & thankfully we raised a lot of money as well.
