Brief

Develop a national event strategy for the end of year celebration to generate buzz, & bring Vodafone’s brand spirit to life across Australia.

Produce six national christmas parties in 6 different venues for over two thousand Vodafone employees, partners and special guests.

Role

As senior producer my role was to oversee the delivery of all elements of the parties and logistics with the assistance of a core team and production crew in each city.

Outcome

Translated the Vodafone brand essence of Freedom via the ‘paint the town red’ theme.

Leveraged the brands soccer and racing sponsorships creating fun interaction and competitions with surprise celebrity guest attendances at each event.

Events were as interactive as possible by involving Vodafoner’s in a fashion show and dance off in each city.
